Returns & Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned once the seal has been removed or the product has been opened after delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, the products must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided by our customer service team.

Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• An item arrived damaged or broken.
• An item from your order is missing.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• A clear photo of the shipping label attached to the parcel, including the carrier information and tracking number.
• Photos of the parcel and the products received, where applicable
